Equipments guarantee will take place at the T.I.T company, in case of device damage has been confirmed during the guarantee period for the defect caused by industrialization and enable to be fixed during a week time from the purchasing date.
T.I.T ensure the replacement  of the device with a new one along with carrying the client the price differences according to the local rate at the time of exchange and refund the amount in cash.
T.I.T obliged for the time period mentioned in the LG and considered the invoice date is the starting date of guarantee.
The guarantee doesn't include the following:
- The problems related to the electrical power or miss using the device.
- Manual problems or virus knowing that the renewing the system will be in additional separate rate.
- Problems caused by broking or shocking or water of fire miss using and neglecting.
- The obligation of the instruction use of the manual references.
- Repairing of the device from the outside the T.I.T company.
